Once your piece is made and on its way, here’s how long delivery usually takes:
- U.S. orders: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 2–3 business days
- Canada: 3–4 business days
- Australia & International: 4–5 business days
Please keep in mind that these timeframes are just for shipping. Production times vary by piece, and you can find those details on each product page.
Expedited Shipping
We know some moments can’t wait, and they shouldn’t have to. That’s why when you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping in select areas. It’s an easy way to get your Seredra jewelry to you faster, whether it’s for a last-minute gift, a surprise for someone special, or something just for yourself.
To choose the expedited shipping option, just let us know before your order ships. Send us a quick message, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Just keep in mind that this option comes with an extra fee, and unlike our standard shipping, it’s not refundable if you decide to make a return or exchange.

Our artisans get started on your piece right away. Production times vary by design, and you can always see the exact timeline on each product page.
3. Packed with Care
When your jewelry is ready, we’ll place it in our signature Seredra box, secure it carefully, and get it ready to go. Planning a surprise? Let us know. We can make the packaging discreet so it stays under wraps.
4. On Its Way Already
Once everything’s set, we hand your order to our shipping partner. You’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can watch it make its way to you.

Changing or Canceling an Order
