Standard Return Policy

Once your order is delivered, you have 30 days to return or exchange it at no extra cost.

Below is a simple guide for returns and exchanges, plus important guidelines to keep everything easy and hassle-free.

How to Return or Exchange

Whether you’d like a refund or a different piece, the process is simple.

Just email us at hello@seredra.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like to return or exchange your item. We’ll send you a prepaid return label right away.

After we receive your item and confirm it meets our return guidelines:

  • If you requested a return, we’ll process your refund (usually within 3–5 business days).
  • If it’s an exchange, we’ll ship the new piece you’ve selected right out.

Easy as that.

Before You Send It Back

  • Items you want to return or exchange must be unworn, undamaged and returned with original packaging and documentation.
  • Returns that show signs of wear or are missing packaging may incur a 10–20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • Engraved rings can be returned or exchanged, but a $40 engraving removal fee will apply.
  • You’re entitled to two free returns per year (one per order). After that, standard return and restocking fees apply.
  • If a returned item doesn’t meet the guidelines, we reserve the right to decline it.

What Can’t Be Returned

We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for all items listed below:

  • Items that have already been exchanged before
  • Personalized pieces like name necklaces or bracelets (engraved rings can be returned or exchanged with a $40 engraving removal fee)
  • Rings that have been modified or resized
  • Custom-designed jewelry (unless there’s a production issue)

Comparison Purchase Policy

At Seredra, we strive to provide a stress-free shopping experience for everyone. To ensure fairness and sustainability, we have a policy around ordering multiple items with the intention of keeping just one and returning the others.

If an order appears to be a comparison purchase, those items may not qualify for return or exchange. We understand that finding the perfect piece takes time. If you’re not quite decided, we encourage ordering one item at a time. This approach helps us serve all customers fairly and supports the long-term health of our business.
